柴油发电机组安装要求

　　1.柴油发电机组四周应留不小于1米空间，水箱端根据水箱芯子大小留置通风窗。本要求为机组机房的最小尺寸，用户可根据需要进行加大。

　　The space around the diesel geneset should be no less than 1 meter. The
radiator should be placed with a ventilation window according to the size of the
core. This requirement is the minimum size of the genest room, and the user can
increase as needed.

　　2.柴油发电机组地基应建在硬土地面上，夯实后，做200mm厚的混凝土地面，地面应平整。

　　The foundation of the geneset should be built on the hard ground
surface.After tamping,users should make a 200mm thick concrete ground. The
ground should be flat.

　　3.机组排气管内径不应小于柴油机排气口直径，弯管不宜超过3个，弯管角度应大于90度，排气管应有支撑或吊装支架，保证机组消音器，增压器等不受力。

　　The inner diameter of the exhaust pipe of the unit should not be less than
the diameter of the exhaust port of the diesel engine. The number of bends
should not exceed 3. The angle of the bend should be greater than 90 degrees.
The exhaust pipe should be supported or hoisted to ensure the silencer and
supercharger not stressed.

　　4.机房内应备有灭火器等消防工具。

　　Fire-fighting tools such as fire extinguishers should be available in the
equipment.
